Founded in 1963:
Metal Sales was established in 1963 by E. L. Stephens and C. L. Baird, Sr. in Louisville, Kentucky. Recognizing the growing demand for durable, custom light gauge metal roofing and siding products, they set out to revolutionize the industry.

Expansion and Growth:
Since its inception, Metal Sales has expanded its operations significantly. By 1966, the company was delivering custom-cut and ready-to-install metal roofing and siding panels, along with matching accessories, to customers within 7 to 10 days. The business continued to flourish, leading to the opening of its second plant in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1969. In 1976, Metal Sales ventured into the industrial and commercial construction markets with the establishment of its Jacksonville, Florida, plant.

Nationwide Presence:
Today, Metal Sales operates 21 manufacturing facilities across 17 states, including Alaska. Its products are utilized in various building sectors, including commercial, institutional, light commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential markets. From iconic architectural landmarks in bustling cities to humble suburban homes and hardworking ranches in rural America, Metal Sales roof and wall products are a testament to the company's commitment to innovation, quality, longevity, and environmental sustainability.
